Service Built for the Next 8,000 Hours On-site

From track-shoe pre-tension to final-drive rebuild — SDLG keeps wheel loaders, backhoe loaders and dozers earning on the haul road with a published 250 / 500 / 1000 hour cadence and mean-time-to-repair under 18 hours on contracted fleets.

Pre-delivery Commissioning

Hydraulic flow test, Z-bar pin torque audit and pilot-pressure baseline before the loader leaves the yard. Emissions sample for Tier 4 Final / Stage V is logged into the machine pack.

Scheduled Field PM

Axle oil, hydraulic return filters and engine aftertreatment checks on a 250 / 500 / 1000 hour cadence sized for dusty quarry and highway base environments.

Major Overhaul & Rebuild

Cylinder reseal, final-drive swap and cab vibration calibration around 8,000 hours — keeps residual value above wholesale book for fleet finance teams.

Schedule a fleet PM audit on your installed base

We benchmark pin wear, hydraulic system pressure drift, pilot pressure baselines and Tier 4 emissions against SDLG reference contractors running similar haul-road kilometers and stockpile densities. Ask for an undercarriage wear survey, final drive oil analysis or a loader PM kit quote sized to your operating weight class.

  • Fleet size and equipment class fields accepted
  • Haul-road km and shift length used for kit sizing
  • Breakout force complaints traced to pin clearance before pump replacement
  • Response within one business day on contracted sites

When a first-time-fix rate dips, it is usually a missing return-line filter or an axle kit that never left the hub — not a mystery failure. The audit pack lists those SKUs beside the machine serial so purchasing can approve a single PO.
